About Sasanti
Sasanti Restaurant started with the recipes of our grandmother, Mariana Sri Sasanti whom we call Eyang Sasanti. Three generations later, her dishes still anchor our kitchen.
We are here not only to celebrate her and her legacy, but to celebrate Indonesian gastronomy and share it with pride. From the ingredients and spices of the archipelago to the stories behind every plate. Welcoming every guest the way Eyang did, with warmth, at a table where everyone is welcomed.
From The Kitchen
The Table of Nusantara
Our menu is a map of the archipelago — from the slow-cooked rendang traditions of the Minangkabau highlands to the bracing, herb-forward broths of Sulawesi's coasts. Each dish carries a provenance, a people, and a story that predates us by centuries.
Those Who Gathered Here
A Table for the World
Sasanti does not merely serve Indonesian food. It serves the kind of Indonesian hospitality that reminds heads of state what it means to feel genuinely welcomed.
